Our vision is to
preach the gospel to the lost, disciple the saved, and grow the
Kingdom of God by creating mature Christians who go forward to
fulfill the Great Commission.
Adult Ministries & Bible Study
There are so many questions in this world that only the Bible
can answer. Such as where did I come from? Is there life after
death? How do I have a good marriage? How do I be a good friend
or parent? God's word is a lamp for our feet and a light for our
path(Psalm 119:105) which gives us the answers to some of life's
most difficult questions.
Youth & Children Ministries
Children are a part of today’s church, not merely the church of
tomorrow. The Bible tells us that we should "Train up a child in
the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart
from it.(Proverbs 22:6)" That's why at Oak Grove Baptist we feel
that ministry to children is important. We strive to be child
friendly by providing a safe atmosphere for children and by
having qualified adults leading our children of all ages in
biblical activities.
Music
Ministry
We seek to provide a blended worship experience with a strong
foundation on the great hymns of faith along with modern praise
choruses, led by our adult choir and instrumental ensemble
Sunday School
Sunday School is not only a place for support, fellowship and
bible study for believers, but an excellent place for
evangelism. "For the word of God is living and active. Sharper
than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul
and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and
attitudes of the heart."Hebrews 4:12
We would like you to join us as we strengthen our minds, body,
and spirit.
Sunday Evening Services
Our Sunday evening bible studies help to strengthen a biblical
world view. We have discipleship training for all ages which
teach the importance of knowing Christ and our responsibility to
be more like Him.
Wednesday Night Services
Our Wednesday night services are geared toward missions for
children, discipleship for youth, prayer and Bible study for
adults.
Women on Mission
Women on Mission is an organization within the Woman’s
Missionary Union®, or WMU®. WMU is the overarching, coed
missions organization for all age levels, from preschool to
adult. We generally do several mission projects throughout the
year as well as programming designed to minister specifically to
